Terms of Service
Version 2025-10-01 · Last updated 2025-10-01
Please read these Terms carefully. They explain what you can expect from CREAH and what we expect from you.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Xenford Internet Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “CREAH”), the operator of creah.ai and the CREAH product. By creating an account, starting a project, or accepting these Terms in the project setup, you agree to them. If you use CREAH on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation, and “you” includes it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CREAH. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. We record the version of these Terms you accepted and when you accepted it.
2. Description of Service
CREAH is an AI-powered product specification engine. You describe a product idea, answer a guided setup and an interview, and CREAH generates specification documents — for example product requirements, API and database specifications, design system documents, test strategies and build instructions — for use with AI coding tools.
Two paths are available after setup: a Smart Prompt (a compiled build prompt) and Smart Specs (the full specification package). The content of the package depends on your answers, the options you choose and any add-ons you buy. Features, limits and prices are described on the website at the time you check out.
We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service. We will not reduce what you already paid for in a delivered package.
3. User Accounts
Accounts are created and authenticated through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for telling us promptly at support@creah.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must provide accurate information, including legal and billing details used on invoices. You may not share accounts, resell access, attempt to access another user's projects, probe or overload the service, or use CREAH to generate unlawful, infringing or harmful material.
We may suspend or deactivate an account that breaches these Terms or creates a risk for other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond.
Corporate accounts are managed by their organisation administrators, who control member roles, pockets and access to organisation projects.
4. Payment Terms
Prices are shown before payment and are fixed at checkout — later price changes never apply to an invoice already issued. Individual payments are processed by Razorpay. Corporate projects are paid from the organisation's pocket balance and are never charged to a card.
Visitors in India are shown prices in Indian rupees that include GST; a tax invoice is issued for each payment. Wallet balances, coupons and cashback apply as described at checkout. Cashback is credited after your documents are generated, not at payment.
Refunds follow our Returns and Refunds policy. In summary, a full refund is available until you reach the interview checkpoint — 50% of the first interview phase for your User Space, or 10 answered questions, whichever comes first. After the checkpoint no refund is available. Add-ons, plans and wallet top-ups are non-refundable once purchased.
5. Award and Hackathon Winner Obligations
CREAH may run monthly awards (Aura, Nova and Prima) and hackathons. Participation is optional and each event may have its own rules, which form part of these Terms for that event.
Winners must provide all requested documentation and media (including audio and video content) within 30 days of notification. Failure forfeits the award. Prize payments are arranged directly by CREAH with the winner and may require identity, tax and payment details.
We may disqualify entries that breach event rules, misrepresent ownership, or manipulate voting.
6. Marketing Consent
By creating a project, you grant Xenford Internet Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reference your brand name and the fact that your product was specified using CREAH in our marketing materials. Opt out: legal@creah.ai.
Opting out is handled by email only; we will stop new uses within a reasonable time. We never publish your specification content, interview answers or private project details without separate permission.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
CREAH documents are produced with the help of AI models from your answers. They are detailed starting points for building software, not professional legal, financial, medical, security or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing the documents, for decisions you make based on them, and for the software you or your tools build from them.
AI output can contain mistakes. CREAH applies automated quality checks before delivery, and you can raise a support ticket from the project page if something is wrong.
8. Reference App Endorsement Disclaimer
Any third-party application named as a reference by a project owner is cited for context only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or approval by CREAH or Xenford Internet Private Limited.
9. Ownership and Licence
You own the inputs you provide and, from the moment of download, the specification documents generated for your project. You may use, modify and share them for any lawful purpose, subject to the attribution terms below.
We own the CREAH service, its software, prompts, templates, question banks and brand. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you — to store, process and transmit your content to generate and deliver your documents and to provide support.
10. Data and Privacy
How we collect, use, share and protect personal data — including which service providers process it — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can export your data or request deletion from Settings → Data in the app.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREAH is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or of the documents it generates.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The Courts of Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and the governing jurisdiction is Andhra Pradesh, India. Before starting proceedings, both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by email for at least 30 days.
13. Attribution and Backlink
Products built with CREAH specifications include “Architected by CREAH” in the product footer by default, linking to https://creah.ai. This attribution is part of the service agreement and helps CREAH continue improving the platform. See our attribution policy.
You can remove it yourself from Settings → Account → Attribution — $29/year, or included in the $99/year plan. You may also contact us at legal@creah.ai to discuss attribution-free options.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CREAH to plan, specify or promote products or activities that are unlawful, that infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, that exploit or endanger children, that facilitate fraud, malware, harassment or discrimination, or that are designed to evade the law or the safety measures of other services.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer the service, extract our prompts or question banks at scale, scrape the website or app, circumvent rate limits, interfere with other users, or test the security of CREAH without our written permission. If you believe you have found a security issue, write to legal@creah.ai and we will work with you responsibly.
We may refuse to generate, or remove, content that breaches this section. Where a breach is serious or repeated, we may suspend or terminate the account without a refund.
15. Third-Party Services and Tools
CREAH relies on third-party providers — for example for authentication, payments, email, storage and AI processing — listed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our full control; when a provider is unavailable we pause affected work and preserve your progress rather than silently substituting a different service.
Your generated package is designed for AI coding tools that you choose and use under their own terms. Tool names and logos shown on CREAH are trademarks of their respective owners, and CREAH is not affiliated with or endorsed by those tools. We are not responsible for the behaviour of third-party tools, hosting providers or libraries you use to build your product.
16. Project Access and Storage
Each delivered project remains accessible in the app for the access window shown on the project page. You can extend access across all your projects with the 1 Year Project Live plan. Download your package before access ends — after that, the project may no longer be available in the app, although records required by law are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting a project hides it from your account immediately. Deleting your account anonymises your personal identifiers and ends your access, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using CREAH and delete your account at any time from Settings → Data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing would expose CREAH or other users to legal or security risk.
On termination, sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Xenford Internet Private Limited against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from content you submit, from products you build and operate using CREAH documents, or from your breach of these Terms or of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
19. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network or power failures, outages of upstream providers, government action or labour disputes. Obligations resume as soon as reasonably possible; your project progress is preserved during any interruption.
20. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Returns and Refunds policy and any event rules you accept, are the entire agreement between you and us about CREAH. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of the CREAH business. Notices to you are sent to the email on your account; notices to us go to legal@creah.ai.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the version shown at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in; continuing to use CREAH after that means you accept it.
