Phase 4 — Design

Information Architecture

The navigation map that ensures users always know where they are and how to get back

What is this document?

The Information Architecture is the site map for every space — every route, how screens group, the primary and secondary navigation, and how users move between them.

It is decided before screens are built, so screens connect.

Why does it matter?

  • AI tools build individual screens well but connect them poorly.
  • Dead ends and orphan pages are designed out.
  • Route names stay consistent across web and mobile.

What's inside?

  • Site map — Every route per space.
  • Navigation — Primary, secondary and contextual navigation.
  • Labels — Consistent names for sections and actions.
Routes branch from each space’s home

How CREAH generates it

CREAH builds this document from your Stage 0 answers and interview. Questions that shape it include:

  • What are the top three things users come to do?
  • Which screens must be reachable in one tap?
  • What should users see after signing in?

Example excerpt

## User Space
/app/dashboard Projects, wallet, notifications
/app/projects/:id Project page — status, documents, support
/app/settings Account · Notifications · Data

Rule: every page has a path back to /app/dashboard in one action.
